You do seem to have lost some of your subcutaneous fat which can make your face look older The best solution to this problem is using your own fat, obtained from another area and injected into the appropriate parts of your face. I'm really sorry that you have experienced this. Unfortunately, so many of the expensive bells and whistles gizmos that are being peddled out there these days and hyped by social media influencers either lack the hard science to support their use and/or downplay the potential complications, such as experienced in this case. But relax. Happily, a variety of robust HA fillers can be used to rejuvenate the lower face-i.e. to straighten droopy angles of the mouth; define and straighten the jawline and treat jowls,etc. And, iin experienced hands, all of the aforementioned can be performed in one fifteen to twenty minute treatment session and with immediate results that typically elicit a "Wow!" reaction. Masseter botox will make you slimmer and make the jawline more loose. Fillers help give shaping and contouring. I honestly can’t imagine someone doing a cryo- treatment on the face of a young as you individual. Anyone who is involved in the Aesthetic business should know that losing facial volume makes an individual look considerably older. The single best way to return the lost facial volume is with the use of autologous fat grafting. That is when some of the fat which you don’t want on your body is taken out by a small needle, and then re-injected into the face where it has been lost.
