Thank you for your question and photo. Depending on the cause, dermal fillers or a neuromodulator such as Botox may improve your facial symmetry. Dermal fillers are composed of hyaluronic acid, which can balance your facial features by increasing volume and providing a subtle lift. If the asymmetry is due to an overactive muscle, it can be relaxed with an appropriate amount of Botox. This is my expertise and a huge portion of my practice. Asymmetry is normal and expected. Buccal fat pad gives slimming not symmetry. Masseter botox will make you slimmer and make the jawline more loose. Fillers help give shaping and contouring.
