At least from the photos provided, the problem seen is what has been termed parallel laugh lines, i.e. a series of two to three paralllel wrinkles of skin folds that appear typically in the lower third of the face region surrounding the mouth when smiling or laughing. In my experience, these typically respond very well to the use of a low viscosity, resilient cohesive HA filler injected in an appropriate fanning injection technique.
