Can I transfer fat only to Hips? (photo)

Question

I got silicone injections like 5-6yrs ago. However, I read that it is risky to get Brazilian Butt Lift after Silicone injections. So I wanted to know if it is possible just to have the fat transferred to my hips to widen me. If possible, would it also still cost that much to do the hips? I am 5'6 and 150lbs

Dear Latoy,
It is possible to have fat injections to the areas of the hip and it is commonly performed in my practice. In addition, if the area of your back with the previous silicone injection is troublesome, this can be removed and replaced with autologous (your own fat). This is a procedure that needs to be performed with extreme expertise as complication rates and irregularities in the wrong hands can be very high.

You can essentially have fat taken from anywhere you want and put wherever you want. If you only want the fat put in your hips, then this is certainly possible. Make sure to find a board certified plastic surgeon who is an expert at buttock and hip fat transfer. You should ask to see over 100 before and after pics to make sure that he/she really does as many as they say. I perform 6-8 BBLs per week and many of my patients have had previous silicone injections so this should not be a problem.

Thank you for the pictures and question.I do believe it's possible to tranfer fat to the hip area, this will make you wider and give you a larger volume buttocks area. The cost can be between $3500- $4000.
