Can I transfer fat only to Hips? (photo)

You can essentially have fat taken from anywhere you want and put wherever you want. If you only want the fat put in your hips, then this is certainly possible. Make sure to find a board certified plastic surgeon who is an expert at buttock and hip fat transfer. You should ask to see over 100 before and after pics to make sure that he/she really does as many as they say. I perform 6-8 BBLs per week and many of my patients have had previous silicone injections so this should not be a problem.

This may be reasonable if the areas of silicone injection and fat transfer are distinctly separated.  However, there is usually some migration of the product so there would still be a higher risk for infection.Kenneth Hughes, MDLos Angeles, CA

It is possible to have fat injections to the areas of the hip and it is commonly performed in my practice. In addition, if the area of your back with the previous silicone injection is troublesome, this can be removed and replaced with autologous (your own fat). This is a procedure that needs to be performed with extreme expertise as complication rates and irregularities in the wrong hands can be very high.

Thank you for the pictures and question.I do believe it's possible to tranfer fat to the hip area, this will make you wider and give you a larger volume buttocks area. The cost can be between $3500- $4000.

There is no problem having fat injections to your hips and, based on your pictures, it looks like you would have just enough to do those two areas. 

I would stay away from the area where you had the silicone placed before --- it is not advisable to have any more of it used. Fat can be transferred any where you desire. At your weight you should have enough fat to make a difference. But  you need to remember, that unlike silicone, some of the fat may go away after it is injected.

Silicone injections are a real hazard.If the hips were not injected with silicone, then it very well may be sossible to inject fat into the hips. But you need to be examined carefully. You should consult with a Board Certified PS with extensive experience performing buttock and hip augmentation with fat transplantation. Good luck!
