Cost factors vary significantly for a number of good reasons: Prices vary greatly because the surgery itself encompasses a wide range of techniques that can be performed to different extents. My recommendation is to first find the most qualified surgeons where you want the surgery performed that are board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery you trust, then compare prices between them. This price would be an all inclusive fee (including anesthesia, facility, etct..), however many surgeons do not have an all inclusive price, so be aware of that. It is best to see a board certified plastic surgeon who specializes in this procedure. I perform between 6 and 8 BBLs per week and many of my patients are revisions from other doctors. Choose a surgeon who has the credentials and plenty of experience with this procedure.

Based on your pictures, you are a great candidate for liposuction with BBL, and I think you'll get very good results. 
Liposuction allows your plastic surgeon to transform your entire shape. You can improve your abdomen, back and flanks, and of course your buttock, to give you a nice heart shape.
In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 30 or less.

These pictures are easier to see if they are taking by someone else not close to the camera. Of the area you are interested only to give you a better answer. The common donor sites for this procedure is your posterior waist/flanks, lateral thighs, back, waist, and anterior tummy.Choose a board certified plastic surgeon who has done a ton of Brazilian Butt Lifts and has privileges to do this surgery at a local university hospital. This says his credentials have been checked out by fellow Drs. All surgeries carry risk, talk to your plastic surgeon and choose one wisely.

Brazilian Butt Lift cost depends on the number of sites that need liposuction, because that is where most of the time is spent. Based on the picture posted, liposuction of the love handles, abdomen, and below the bra fold. Fat is then prepared cleaned then injected into the buttocks.
