I need some serious help. I had a bbl done around 5 yrs ago. I was left with a dent and when I told my dr, he insisted with time with would even out but it never did. It's actually getting worst with time. I got scared and did not have the money to spend and been miserable ever since. I am happy with my body and I'm 5'2. 126 pounds. Could a small lipo n transfer to the right buttock help out even out the dents?

Without before and after photos, it is difficult to recommend the best procedure for correcting the irregularities.  This could be cellulite.  There is no uniformly successful method for treating it.  My practice is now using BodyTite, a non-invasive procedure, that requires no down time to reduce the appearance of cellulite.  Recommend that you consult with several board certified PSs in your area for an evaluation.

it is hard to tell for sure without an examination but this can probably be improved with fat transfer. If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.

Based on your pictures, you are an excellent candidate for a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) revision to correct your bumps, dents, and any other contour irregularities. I suggest posting proper before and after pictures so we can make a proper assessment. Most likely you had some cellulite before the procedure. Fat transfer can make cellulite worse. This is probably the case much more than uneven fat grafting. Seeing before pictures to confirm with the contour looked like before your procedure would be helpful.I do not think fat transfer would help significantly with your contour irregularities unless this is treated as cellulite which requires subsicion And Grafting fat.If you don’t have proper before and after pictures then I suggest obtaining them from your provider.I’m sure others will be more enthusiastic and will tell you that fat transfer or revision to work can easily correct this.Patients who have even mailed cellulite should be warned that this can be accentuated from fat transfer procedures.If you read up on what causes cellulite then this may make more sense.Best, Mats Hagstrom MD

Thank you for your question. There are plenty of ways to smooth out the skin with fat grafting or possibly a product such as Renuva. Make sure you consult with a board certified plastic surgeon for a full evaluation. It will be best to also review the before and after photos. Fortunately, it looks like something that can be correctly fairly easily.
