Hello dear, Thank you for the question and photo. after analysing your case.. I can say you're a good candidate for a BBL revision, this would fix your problem, give you great results and improve the look of your butt.

Without before and after photos, it is difficult to recommend the best procedure for correcting the irregularities.  This could be cellulite.  There is no uniformly successful method for treating it.  My practice is now using BodyTite, a non-invasive procedure, that requires no down time to reduce the appearance of cellulite.  Recommend that you consult with several board certified PSs in your area for an evaluation.

it is hard to tell for sure without an examination but this can probably be improved with fat transfer. If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.

Thank you for your question. There are plenty of ways to smooth out the skin with fat grafting or possibly a product such as Renuva. Make sure you consult with a board certified plastic surgeon for a full evaluation. It will be best to also review the before and after photos. Fortunately, it looks like something that can be correctly fairly easily. 

Based on your pictures, you are an excellent candidate for a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) revision to correct your bumps, dents, and any other contour irregularities. The optimal BBL outcomes are achieved with: 1) use of VASER liposuction to harvest the fat, 2) a closed looped system such as Puregraft to process the fat, and 3) strategic micro-packet transplant technique. These three processes have demonstrated over 95% fat graft take. This means that your results will be stable as long as you maintain your weight. As an official VASER trainer, I am routinely referred unhappy BBL patients. One of the most common reasons for disgruntled BBL patients is that patients are not able to accurately communicate their desired buttocks goals to their surgeons.  A buttocks assessment tool can be an invaluable tool to communicate to your surgeon the exact buttocks size and shape you are desiring. I suggest posting proper before and after pictures so we can make a proper assessment. Most likely you had some cellulite before the procedure. Fat transfer can make cellulite worse. This is probably the case much more than uneven fat grafting. Seeing before pictures to confirm with the contour looked like before your procedure would be helpful.I do not think fat transfer would help significantly with your contour irregularities unless this is treated as cellulite which requires subsicion And Grafting fat.If you don’t have proper before and after pictures then I suggest obtaining them from your provider.I’m sure others will be more enthusiastic and will tell you that fat transfer or revision to work can easily correct this.Patients who have even mailed cellulite should be warned that this can be accentuated from fat transfer procedures.If you read up on what causes cellulite then this may make more sense.Best, Mats Hagstrom MD
