Assuming the double bubble is from uneven implant positioning, the treatment solution
would then be to revise the implants so that they are more perfectly positioned symmetrically and 100% within gluteus muscles. This will provide your most reliable and permanent effect. Please note that an extremely few number of board certified plastic surgeons specialize in buttock or hip implants, so you may need to travel far and away from home to find this particular surgeon. Thank you for your question. Over the years, I have seen bottoming out, drooping, and lower buttock pole ptosis. Usually this results from overaggressive liposuction in this area. I developed a technique called a "Thong lift" which is a type of infra gluteal thigh lift. I have had terrific success with this procedure. You may be an excellent candidate for this.
