Question

Have butt implants intramuscular (confirmed by MRI) . One implant moves around in the pocket when pushing , laying , sitting . It flipped with a lot of pressure placed on it and now can’t flip back Previously had revision to fix the issue and same issue has persisted with implant moving around . Implant is in muscle but only looks like thin layer of muscle coverage Could galaflex mesh help aid a successful revision to fix the pocket issues ?

Allow me to answer your question as best i can based upon your limited MRI images alone. However, please keep in mind that an in-person, or at least a virtual, consultation with physical exam is first necessary before any legitimate evaluation or final surgical recommendations can be made.

If the implant is truly 100% intramuscular, but only under a thin veil of muscle, the best option would be to perform a revision surgery to try to put the implant deeper within muscle. Muscle tone and contractility is much more strong and effective at containing the implant in a snug pocket compared to things such as mesh, which will be a temporary fix and tend to stretch out overtime and likely fail in the long run.
