I need a revision rhinoplasty and septoplasty, but I have jaw issues--flat condyle on one side, bilateral TMJ arthritis, sclerosis of bone marrow, etc. The jaw issues are getting in the way of me being able to move forward with fixing my breathing (valve stenosis, septal deviation) and cosmetic issues. If my jaw issues are degenerative but not bad enough to warrant surgery now, how am I supposed to know when to get my revision rhinoplasty/septoplasty?
