I had a septorhinoplasty with turbinate reduction in 2015 at the age of 21. I wasn’t able to get the results I was aiming for and I also partially lost my sense of smell ever since. Is a revision rhinoplasty worth it? What are the long term risks? Is my desired look something I’d be able to achieve given my type of nose? Thanks!
