How do I reduce this fat pad next to my nose?

Great photo! You caught it right. It looks like you've actually got some volume loss, or hollowing, just below that area, which makes the pad stick out. I like to use a highly cohesive filler right on top of the bone at that lower border of the nose, called the "piriform" region, to add some volume back in.
