Will Kenalog 40 treatment for pebblestone scars cause any thinning of the skin?

Our office has many different treatments for acne scars depending on the depth of atrophy or hypertrophy. Subcision and TCA cross are also used for deep ice pick scars and narrow valley scars in order to improve the micro texture. In my opinion, Kenalog 40 is a high dose for injections in the face. However, If you haven't seen any results, you need to wait at least 4 to 6 week to assess changes. You can continue the tretinoin. It also helps to prevent skin thinning.
