Obligue bulge above brow, what is this and how can it be treated? (photos)

Hello and thank you for your question. The bulge above your brow is difficult to evaluate without a proper face-to-face evaluation. If the concern is muscle-related, additional Botox may be used to address the issue. I highly recommend only seeking treatments from a reputable experienced injector who will know how much product to use and where to precisely inject it to achieve the most natural-looking results. During your consultation, your provider can properly assess the bulge, determine its cause and appropriate treatment, and ensure the best possible results.

Those bulges look like hypertrophied corrugator muscles. If you do botox consistently over the course of time those muscles should atrophy (shrink and weaken). It may take 6 months to a year.

I encourage you to return to your injector for an evaluation. It appears you may need a touch up from your last treatment to give you a more complete result.

It appears that the lumps are actually portions of muscles not paralyzed by your previous Botox. I would suggest placing 2 units of Botox into each fullness and see how they appear after two weeks.

It's hard to assess without seeing you moving but it would be best to be assessed by your injector to determine the best place to put further botox. I hope that helps answer your question.
