I'm obese and carry fat in my face. Can I still get Botox for a smooth forehead/reduce wrinkles? (photos)

Botox helps forehead, eyes, and frown wrinkles no matter the weight of the patient. You can definitely get Botox in any of those areas.

Hi there, Botox can be injected to the muscles around you face to prevent muscle contraction, thereby reducing wrinkles. Botox usually starts working within 3-4 days of injection and lasts for about 3 months. Botox can definitely safely be injected to your forehead and wrinkles around the eyes (crowsfeet) to smooth out the skin and prevent future wrinkles from developing. I hope this helps!

In regards to Botox, you 100% can be treated and your weight has no bearing on that. If you have lines or wrinkles that you do not like, that are caused by your animation, then you are a good candidate. From your photos, it does not appear that you have many wrinkles (a benefit of having a little extra meat on your bones), so I would start with a conservative dose, and work your way up as necessary.
