Wide and Droopy chin with deep marionette lines- how do i fix this? (photos)

Question

I'm a female in my early 20s. I have a long/oblong face and a long nose. My chin is really big as well (it's probably proportional to my nose) but when I smile with my teeth or laugh, my chin looks really bad. It droops and looks flat/wide. If I stick my tongue out a little to put my lower lip forward, it looks a lot nicer but I can't do that all the time and I can't laugh or smile naturally without my chin looking bad.

I recommend fillers to soften the nasolabial folds themselves and also lift around the mouth and cheeks to build underlying anatomical support. Our faces are all asymmetrical to some degree and yours is within normal limits.  HA fillers can be used to help better balance your facial contours and soften marionette lines.  I encourage you to meet with an experienced injector near you to discuss your concerns.

The prominent chin and nose would benefit from surgical rhinoplasty and chin reduction surgery. The chin is a complex problem due to the dynamic changes that occur when you smile. This would improve with some Botox. The chin will require a reduction genioplasty in a horizontal and sagittal plane. Neither surgery will affect your bite or eating.
