I'm confused i spoke to 2 doctors that I'm interested in but they both recommended 2 different things i had liposuction over 2 yrs ago & due to aggressive lipo & lack of post op care i now have fibrosis on my back & belly 1 doctor recommended laser lipo another doctor recommended vibro lipo using a special canal or what ever... (i have never herd of this before) he said he does not recommend laser lipo because of the risk of skin burning .opinions?

Isotretinion treatment by itself does not preclude a patient from laser liposuction. However, Isotretinoin is processed by liver enzymes that also process lidocaine. Great caution should be exercised in doing liposuction with medications that could interfere with liodcaine...
Laser lipo, coolsculpting, or sculpsure will reduce diet resistant fat bulges. However, only tummy tuck surgery will bring the diastasis recti back to the middle.
There is help for your daughter. When she is 18 she can start Kybella injections to dissolves some of her chin fat without surgery. It may take one, or several visits.Lipo or smartlipo need parental consent for under 18 years old.
