Is ultherapy and fractional co2 a good combination for treating skin sagging and tired look? If not, what would it be?

Hello doctors , I am a 24 years old Guy how use to have a very tighten and fresh skin witch I got compliment about alot but durring last year up till now my skin has changed alot , now I have a mild skin sagging witch is quite noticeable ( to myself at the most ) all over and I have a bigger face than I had just afew month ago , My cheeks are dropped ( just the skin ) and I have puffy face now witch is really hard to accept commper to my old look , my skin looks darker and tired , Heeelp Thank U
