What is the best way to turn a round face shape to a square or oval one?

I have always had a round face, and no matter how much I lose weight it seems to stay that way. It is not angular at all. What is the best way for a male to go about things, if you want to go from a round face to an oval or a square face which is more angular?

We treat most patients with facial fillers first to show more contour to cheeks, jawline and/oro chin. It may take a signifiant amount of filler though. Alternatively, surgical facial implants are permanent. They can be used to augment cheeks, jaw and chin as well.

Using injectable products, such as fillers and botulinum toxin, is the quickest way to improve facial contour.   Non-surgical skin tightening options can also be useful at helping create more defined jawline and improve cheek fullness, thus making the the face “less rounded”.   For more permanent correction, facial implants are a good option. It would be helpful to see the photos for more accurate recommendations.
