Is there anyway to increase my fwhr (facial-width to height-ratio)?

Hi, is there anyway to increase my fwhr or decrease my midface length? Others have suggested to me a lip lift to shorten my philtrum and then get a rhinoplasty to reduce projection. I could also get cheekbone implants and jaw implants to make my face wider but what would you guys recommend? Thank you.
