I am extremely distressed over these lines on my cheeks which I believe to be either malar mounds/bags or festoons. I have read that this is a difficult condition for physicians to treat and my biggest concern is undergoing a procedure that ends up making them worse. I've seen fillers/lasers/surgery listed as potential corrective treatments but am still unsure as to which is the best option for me. Any advice is greatly appreciated!
