Your ears have the correct anatomy, but protruding.   This is from inadequate “folding” of the ante helical aspect of your ears 

A procedure called “incision-less” Otoplasty is appropriate.   This re-sculptures you ears without incisions.

The previously inserted fillers will not affect a rhinoplasty surgery 

During further consultations, make sure you communicate each and every concern you have (bridge, profile, tip, nostrils, breathing, etc)

If your dr has a computer program, he (she) can show you options 

The excessive “protrusion” of your ears has been adequately corrected
