Stopped wearing compression garment 2 weeks after BBL, did I ruin my results?

I have to let you that compression garment have two very important purposes: restrain the swelling and help the skin to reattach to the muscle.The compression garment will not make your waist smaller but definitely the swelling will go crazy and uncontrolled without the garment. You did not ruin anything but it will take two or three times more to get settle and see the final results. Be encouraged.Dr. Cardenas

Did you follow your surgeons post operative guidelines?  Its unlikely that you have ruined your results but its possible that the swelling will last a lot longer than if you had worn the compression garment for a little longer.  Discuss your concerns with your plastic surgeon for the best advise about managing the lumps.

No, you did not ruin your results.  Some surgeons do not even recommend wearing a garment. The garment helps with swelling. 

You did not ruin your results however you should ask your PS about massages for the lumps from the liposuction.  Continue to follow up with your PS.
