My silicone implants (through the nipple) are ten years old and I know that they don't last forever so I've been thinking about removing them without replacement, which I cannot afford. I know what my body odor smells like but the smell that's coming from under my breasts is disgusting. I am going through menopause after a hysterectomy over a year ago but this happened even before then. I'm scared that there is leakage and that's the reason for the smell?
