Why were lips very swollen after SMAS facelift and now 9 months later they appear very small and flat. When trying to smile lips get thin and turn rather inwards than outwards. There was some puncture marks around lips after the procedure. I thought mouth area is not part of SMAS fl. What can be causing this problem?
