What are the chances of a lot of blood loss and haemorrhage happening during and after the surgery ? These fears are holding me back from getting my chin and jawline fixed

It appears from your photos that you have excessive soft tissue overlying a pointed chin. The original photos before the double jaw surgery would be helpful. Since you lack a deep mentolabial fold, I would be reluctant to remove too much bone. In addition, I would recommend a submental approach...

The photos are taken from a distance and some close-up photos would be helpful. In the profile photos you appear to have good chin projection. If that is the case, then selective chin shaving would be an option to provide a more narrow chin. This is performed through an incision beneath the chin...

It appears that you have a recessed chin and would benefit from a chin implant to provide improved facial balance. The chin cleft can be simultaneously diminished with subcison and fat grafting. I don't think that you can reduce the asymmetry alone. Best of luck

It appears from the limited photos that your facial appearance would be more balanced with a sliding genioplasty that also lengthens the height of your chin. That is one of the advantages of the sliding genioplasty. Changes can be made with projection and height.
