The best way to shorten the philtrum would be a lip lift. However, you are showing several millimeters of incisor show already. This will show even more and you may be dissatisfied. You may want to consult with a cosmetic dentist about shorten the length of your teeth.

you will have too much lip show and I think it will give your face a "fake" look. I suggest fillers, plasma pen, and at home dermarolling (see link). Best, Dr. Emer.

Your philtrum does appear to be relatively long, but your teeth are low and you show a significant amount of teeth when your mouth is open. The best procedure to reduce the distance between your nose and your lip is a subnasal lip lift. A lip lift will shorten your philtrum, but it will increase your teeth show. I could show you how much more teeth would be visible after examining you in person. I divide the candidates for the lip lift procedure into three categories. 1) Super-candidates 2) Candidates 3) relative candidates. You belong to this latest group. A conservative lip lift could shorten your philtrum slightly and increase your teeth show to an acceptable level.
