Best way to shorten philtrum? Would a lip lift show too much teeth? (photos)

What would be the best procedure for me to reduce the length between my nose and lip? At rest, my teeth are pretty exposed, which I like. But would a lip lift show too much teeth? I would want something permanent, so I haven't really considered fillers.

It appears that distance between nose base and lip border is longer than acceptable. Any form of lip lift providing that it ends up with well hidden scar will do. Sometimes flaps from the nose base may be used to augment philtrum columns. Good luck.
