I’m 34 and feel like I’m ageing prematurely due to the long philtrum and deep paranasal concavity making nasiolabial folds apparent. I have no forehead or eye wrinkles and feel the nasiolabial area is showing signs of ageing due to underlying structural deficiency. Whilst my peers may have a few fine lines elsewhere, none of them have these folds yet. Would lip lift and an implant or hydroxyapatite fix / beautify this whole area? Or will I have to commit to constant fillers?
