Any suggestions for seroma in the pubic area?

Seroma formation is not an uncommon outcome after large volume liposuction. in most cases a small volume seroma like the one you have dissolves itself. the key is to make sure it is decreasing in size and not staying the same or getting bigger over the following weeks. if it does get bigger i would recommend you seek immediate attention

A seroma is very uncommon after liposuction, but some techniques are more susceptible to it  than others.   You should definitely have a doctor follow you.

Thank you for your question. It is possible that the seroma will naturally resorb and go away with no further intervention. However, it is also possible that it will organize, form a capsule and become a chronic issue. I would monitor this area carefully and if it still appears to be present after a few weeks you should seek out the care of a plastic surgeon. Good luck.
