Received two vials of Sculptra three weeks ago, some of which was injected along my jawline. The following day I noticed a fixed, hard 4-6 mm oblong lump on my right jawline, palpable but not visible, at the site of the cannula insertion. I notified my dermatologist and was instructed to keep massaging the area. No improvement, I followed up again and was offered a variety of non-reassuring explanations such as, "it could have been there all along." Now it's tender and I have a swollen node.
