Thank you for your question. I suggest that you consult with a board certified facial plastic surgeon. SculpSure is optimal with 2-3 treatments to each area with each treatment at 6-8 weeks a part.Best wishes,
Sculpsure is a non invasive technology to reduce 25% of fat cells in a given are. Sometimes these results are not seen by the patient and may come down to expectations. Significant results can only be accomplished with liposuction or a tummy tuck. I would not advise getting vanquish or cool sculpting if your seeing no difference in your sculpsure results
Vanquish is good for permanently removing stubborn areas of fat, but needs a combination approach to get the most improvement. I recommend combining Vanquish with Venus Legacy/Exilis Ultra treatments. We currently use a fire and ice treatment with Coolsculpting and Vanquish for good results in fat removal. However, a VASER hi definition procedure would give you the best results with fat removal, contouring and definition. Don't let distance dissuade you, see an expert for a formal evaluation. Best, Dr. Emer
Assuming that you were an appropriate candidate for SculpSure, I would recommend trying CoolSculpting rather than Vanquish. Liposuction is an alternative but is invasive and involves a recovery period.
Without knowing your medical background or body type, I am not sure if you were a candidate for SculpSure to begin with. If you received the treatment, I assume you were a candidate. If that body contouring treatment didn't work it is unlikely another one would. I would suggest reaching out to a Board Certified plastic surgeon about potential options moving forward.
Thank you for your question. When a patient is a good candidate for SculpSure, the patient satisfaction rate is up to 100% in clinical studies. We have have the SculpSure in our office currently and have used Vanquish in our office in the past. It is unlikely that you will respond to a different non-invasive method of fat removal if you did not respond to SculpSure. I recommend that you seek out a physician who specializes in SmartLipo for liposuction. Good luck!!
Hi. Sorry to hear that you did not see a benefit with SculpSure. Remember that it removes only subcutaneous fat. If you have internal fat (visceral fat) this will push out your belly or other areas. It is important to try to get to your ideal weight. The fat that was treated is truly gone. I like to add nutritional weight loss program to those that receive SculpSure so that they can work on the visceral fat too. Dr. Eros
Assuming you were an ideal candidate for SculpSure but still had suboptimal results following two sessions, considering liposuction may be a better option than Vanquish or other non-invasive methods such as CoolSculpting at this time. Please note that optimal results from SculpSure are often not experienced until 6 weeks following the last treatment session. It would be best to schedule a consultation with a board-certified physician who offers both surgical and non-invasive treatment options to discuss what will be best for you. Good luck!
After a good try with Sculpsure with no results, a step up in your approach is the way to go, namely SmartLipo. The surgeon will have the ability to reach even deeper deposits of fat in these areas thoroughly yet gently with the laser. Then the suctioned fat is oermanently and quickly removed, never to return. Downtime is very minimal and results are achieved in one session.
Thank you for your question. Not everyone is a candidate for nonsurgical fat reduction. Assuming you were an appropriate candidate for SculpSure (laser for noninvasive fat reduction), it is unlikely that Vanquish would work. It is also unlikely that Coolsculpt would be effective. Please see a board certified plastic or dermatologic surgeon who offers both nonsurgical and surgical (liposuction) options. In the NYC area, Dr. Bruce’s Katz is an expert. Best of luck,Suneel Chilukuri, M.D.Houston, Texas
Thank you for your question. I suggest that you move forward and consult with a board certified facial plastic surgeon. The SculpSure treatment should not be painful because it emits a massaging and can be adjusted to a level that is comforting. You can massage your treated areas. Best wishes,
