so many new procedures coming out now that every time i visit this site i hear of something new. it is more and more confusing. what is sclupsure? is it similar to airsculpt? which of these would be better for removing bra fat, or is there another procedure that is best?

It is not surgical and has no downtime. Airsculpt is essentially laser assisted, power assisted liposuction done through small holes in the skin. Regardless of the advertising, it is still a surgical procedure. It all depends on what you want to go through and what you're expecting.
