Thank you for your question.  I do believe that it is too early to think about revision.  Every body heals at different rates, however, it may take up to a year for a rhinoplasty to fully heal.  Give yourself some time and try to patient.

Doing the septum is a smaller part of the rhinoplasty, so it doesn't really save a lot. Many surgeons will not combine these because of the difficulty of getting paid when combining cosmetic and insurance procedures. Out of pocket will still likely be $6-8k for the rhinoplasty. Best of luck!

Thin skin or thick skin rhinoplasty takes its own time to progress to its final stage.  Only advantage thin skin gives you is that your final result will be better.
