How can I get rid of my dimples on my butt cheeks? (photo)

I have had these dimples since I was a kid. They both used to be equally deep but the dimple on my left cheek has gotten better with the years. How can I get rid of these dimples?

This can be treated / improved with a small procedure to release the scar tissue or connective tissue under the dimple and then to inject fat into the area to plump it up.  I suggest seeing a body contouring specialist.  Best, Dr. Emer.

Do you know if you had any injections in this location?  Sometimes steroid shots or antibiotic injections can cause this.  The best correction is fat transfer.  It could be performed in the office under local anesthesia.  You could return to work on the second day.
