I'm red and swollen on my right hip where fat was transferred, Is this an infection?

So I had surgery March 17 everything is going well still feel kind of sore I have noticed that I have more pain on my right hip where fat was placed I did notice today after a long period of standing that it was hot at the touch and is now red and swollen could it be some kind of infection

Swelling, pain and redness in an area of fat transplant may be an early sign of infection. See your surgeon immediately.

I am sorry to hear about your discomfort. Please contact your surgeon and ask to be evaluated as soon as possible. The symptoms you describe may be the early signs of an infection or fat necrosis. What you are describing needs to be evaluated by your surgeon. This could be normal, but it could also represent an infection or fat necrosis.
