So I had surgery March 17 everything is going well still feel kind of sore I have noticed that I have more pain on my right hip where fat was placed I did notice today after a long period of standing that it was hot at the touch and is now red and swollen could it be some kind of infection

Swelling, pain and redness in an area of fat transplant may be an early sign of infection. See your surgeon immediately.

What you are describing needs to be evaluated by your surgeon. This could be normal, but it could also represent an infection or fat necrosis.
