I would like to get fat grafting to my cheeks and forehead. I would like to removed the fat from my abdomen. If I I became pregnant later on and gained a significant amount of weight, would my face grow too big? Does the fat you add to another area, act like the fat you take it from?

I would suggest first trying fillers for the marionette lines. Fat is usually not a good option there. Also, unclear what you're referring to in the droopy neck but that may be related to skin issues and fat not an option. Discuss with your plastic surgeon.
