How hard is it to fix a hanging columella ??

What I am wondering is as follows ,I have had rhinoplasty then a "mini "revision at six months to fix a bump which in turn straighten my nose and now my columella is hanging down . Is this an "easy " fix???

Based on your photos, I share your evaluation and concerns. Yes, in my opinion- your goals are achievable pending physical exam. In order to make a final commitment- a Board Certified PS would require physical exam prior to final comment. But- yes- it can be done in the right hands.
