I just had a revision rhinoplasty a couple days ago - the purpose was to improve my breathing, fix a drooping columella and refine some of the tip. I noticed in my left nostril a significant blockage - I can't tell if it's swelling or something else, but it's not as severe in the right nostril. I don't believe it's packing, but you can see it when you look up the nostril. Like a large bump. Is this normal swelling? It feels (and kind of looks) like a rock is lodged up in there.

The columella is made of cartilage. And it's the same cartilage as the cartilage that forms your tip. So you can't just raise the columella without possibly doing something bad (or good!) to the tip of the nose at the same time.See the short attached video for an example of elevating a drooping...
Based on your photos, I share your evaluation and concerns. Yes, in my opinion- your goals are achievable pending physical exam. In order to make a final commitment- a Board Certified PS would require physical exam prior to final comment. But- yes- it can be done in the right hands.
