Reverse buccal fat pad removal? (Photo)

Patients that underwent bucal fat removal in their 20s  and were happy with the results then, but in the 30s are not so much, very likely are experience normal aging of the face.
In the 30s, the facial aging starts showing up, and with or without bucal fat removal the face tends to look order. This is especially in patients with weak cheek bones.
Cheek bones are the foundation and the key to have a youthful face with or without chubby cheeks. Patients with large chubby cheeks and weak cheek bones does look aged. 
In my practice, patients that underwent buccal fat removal elsewhere and are unhappy with their results, specially in the late 20s and 30s, is because they have weak cheek bones. In these cases, the aged facial look could be improved with enhancement of the cheek bones ( usually with soft tissue fillers like Voluma)

I don't understand what the problem is based on the pictures you've submitted.  Perhaps you can supply some "before" photographs in the same poses and lighting?  You seem to have a nice face and bone structure from what I can tell.  Certainly, fillers are fairly simple and easy to perform.  More permanent results can be had with some fat grafting.Good Luck either way.

Buccal fat transfer can help fill in the areas that need volume. If you need further assistance you should consult with different Board-certified plastic surgeon for optimal results.

The buccal fat pad is a rounded mass of fat in the middle of your cheek. It’s located between facial muscles, in the hollow area beneath your cheekbone. The size of your buccal fat pads affects your face shape.
Everyone has buccal fat pads. However, the size of buccal fat pads can vary greatly.
If you have larger buccal fat pads, you might feel like your face is too round or full.
You can be a candidate for a Buccal Pad removal surgery.

People will tell you that you can refill the face (fat or filler) and that is true. To me it does not look over resected and the refilling procedure can make it look worse. I would start with filler since its not permanent and can be reversed and if you are much happier consider fat grafting. My two cents from these limited photos is that it really is not that bad but I understand it bothers you enough to come to RS so do what makes you happy!
