Renuva to the jaw angles, advice?

Renuva can be injected anywhere fat naturally exists in your body, so yes – Renuva can be used in the jawline. However, Renuva is a volumizer, not a filler and is not injected along the periosteum – it's injected into the subcutaneous fat layer.

I would consider one of the hyaluronic acid based fillers (Restylane Lyft, Juvederm Voluma) or a collagen stimulating filler (Sculptra) for this indication. I think an experienced injector could use any of these 3 fillers to get you the result you are looking for. 

I am against "permanent" fillers. We all change with age and what looks great today may not look good in the future. The permanent filler may not be in the correct position then. I would suggest Voluma for the jaw line. It lasts about 2 years, and should you ever grow to dislike it, it can be easily removed with Hyaluronidase injection. Best Wishes, Maurice Vick MD
