I have very chubby cheeks when I smile ("chipmunk cheeks) which I think are very distracting and generally unappealing. I would like to reduce them. I nearly certain this is different from buccal fat removal as my concern is with this uppermost part of the cheeks that seem to form a round ball when smiling. Is there any way to treat this issue in particular?
