Question

I dislike the fact that my face is long or looks long. Would I benefit from bichat pad removal, lipoaspiration under chin, lipofilling cheeks and under eyes, endoscopic browlift, jawline filler and lip lift? Was also thinking about chin reshaping or shortening, as I feel my chin is asymmetrical too (although my bone is really small, it's soft tissue, I have done xrays to see). Would lower and upper blepharoplasty be beneficial for me? What are your recommandations? What should I get done? Thank you

You are right on that it is all about balance. You have nice skin and beautiful lips. I think with some well placed fillers and buccal fat pad sculpting you could get the look you are after. You have a higher hairline so actually lengthening the chin is helpful sometimes in that case.

FFS for the female for a more feminine and attractive appearance. You would benefit from the following: An Irregular Trichophytic Forehead Lift with Hairline Lowering, Cheek implants, and probably a Rhinoplasty (I need to see more nasal views). Most importantly you need this done by a very experienced FFS surgeon who can show you dozens of natural results. These can be  done together or separated. Make sure you see a close up of the hairline without a noticeable scar.

The buccal fat pad is a rounded mass of fat in the middle of your cheek. It’s located between facial muscles, in the hollow area beneath your cheekbone. The size of your buccal fat pads affects your face shape.
Everyone has buccal fat pads. However, the size of buccal fat pads can vary greatly.
If you have larger buccal fat pads, you might feel like your face is too round or full.
You can be a candidate for a Buccal Pad removal surgery.

Thanks for your question. It's difficult to say without seeing you in person, but you appear to have a long forehead giving you a masculine appearance. A hairline lowering procedure would bring your facial proportions into balance.

This would entail a fine line incision along the hairline and reducing the height of the forehead to approximately 5.8 cm or just under 3 inches which is ideal for women.

You can get a bichat fat pad removal if you desire improved facial contour but the biggest bang for your buck will be to lower your hairline.
