I'm 22. It's from years of body neglect and bad diet which in the past 4 months I did 180° on. It's very early stages & I feel vain for caring, I can just see it looking nasty in a few years. My big issue is the bulldog effect it has on my mouth area. My questions: •Will elasticity improve on its own with time + new improved self care? •Will decreasing my body fat percentage (gain muscle) help or no? •Will hollowing my buccinators help or no? •What would be the best and affordable treatment? :)x
