I am 23 and skinny, yet seemingly have a chubby and/or U shaped face. To me, it seems around my jowl area/jawline, I have excess fat. I’m not sure what to do about it but overall the shape of my face really makes me feel unattractive. I’m not looking for a hollow face like Bella Hadid, just some definition. I’m not sure if I should have buccal fat removal, Botox to masseters, Acculift, thread lifting or something else to fix this. I don’t want to make my face gaunt but just slimmer/more v-line
