Do I have a prominent brow bone? What is the cost of brow bone reduction?

I think or feel like I have a prominent brow bone and it irritates me. I was wondering if there is any procedure to reduce my brow bone or make it less prominent? How prominent is my brow bone? I can't tell what a prominent brow bone/ridge looks like.

Hello and thank you for your question.  The
best advice you can receive is from an in-person consultation.  An alternative way to look at your brow relationship to the rest of your face is that your radix (upper nose) is very low set, which makes your brow look larger.  By filling your radix area (with either a temporary filler or a permanent rhinoplasty surgery) this could have a nice effect on your facial proportions.  Cost varies based on geographic region and surgeon expertise.   Make sure you specifically look
at before and after pictures of real patients who have had this surgery
performed by your surgeon and evaluate their results.   The most
important aspect is to find a surgeon you are comfortable with. I recommend
that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who
can evaluate you in person.

Thank you for your question.Your photographs do not show an excess bony prominence of your forehead analyzing proportions of the aesthetic face.Your photographs does show an acute angle from your area between the eyes (nation) to the root of the nose. Enhancement of this area will alter the perception of the relationship of your upper face and mid face and nose. Nasal dorsal changes can be carried out by three methods:1. Fillers2. Silastic nasal implant3. Cartilage grafting within the firm tissue of your temporal area (temporals fascia), looking like a hot dog in a bun.In summary, in my humble opinion, the nasal dosrum acute angle is the main issue cosmetically and placing volume there will most likely have you pleased with the final cosmetic appearance.Good luck with your cosmetic choices.
