I think or feel like I have a prominent brow bone and it irritates me. I was wondering if there is any procedure to reduce my brow bone or make it less prominent? How prominent is my brow bone? I can't tell what a prominent brow bone/ridge looks like.

Enhancement of this area will alter the perception of the relationship of your upper face and mid face and nose. Nasal dorsal changes can be carried out by three methods:1. Fillers2. Silastic nasal implant3. Cartilage grafting within the firm tissue of your temporal area (temporals fascia), looking like a hot dog in a bun.In summary, in my humble opinion, the nasal dosrum acute angle is the main issue cosmetically and placing volume there will most likely have you pleased with the final cosmetic appearance.Good luck with your cosmetic choices.
