Brow bone reduction surgeon in the UK?

 Having done this surgery for more than 35 years I would suggest that you see several surgeons and the incision made at the hairline before having the surgery done. The Irregular Trichophytic incision should be used 

I don't know any surgeons in the UK that I would recommend for this surgery but I  suggest you find a surgeon who uses the Irregular Trichophytic Incision Technique that we described many years ago to reduce this bone so the incision is hidden in the hair line so your hair line location is maintained or lowered if that is beneficial.

Brow reduction can be done with small incisions with endoscopic assistance.  I don't know of a surgeon in the UK who does this.  See a few surgeons and ask about their technique and if they do endoscopic approaches.  Best wishes.
