Can a young female get brow bone reduction?

I'm a 17 year old girl from Lancashire, UK, with a masculine brow bone. I've noticed the female brow bone is so flat, and the males sticks out. Well, mine sticks out like a males, and it's taking over my life. The bone above my eyes is so thick, that my eyes are sinking away, or so it feels. I'm becoming agrophobic, i hate looking at myself, i never take photos, i don't know what to do! Please help!

I have done brow bone reduction for more than 35 years including many females. This  surgery is done through an Irregular Trichophytic  hairline incision which we developed. Hair will grow through the scar and the hairline. The hairline can be raised or lowered or kept in the same place if the patient wants this done at the same time. With the permission of your parent, yes, you should  seek doctors who offer surgeries that can shave the forehead. These are often plastic surgeons or maxillofacial surgeons.
