I had liposuction on March 15th and I want to make sure I'm putting back all the nutrients I need back in body. Are probiotics necessary to use in addition to the antibiotics prescribed?

They don't appear infected. Signs of infection are redness, swelling, fever, drainage, and pain. If you have these, please go to the ER or see a doctor asap.

To reiterate what everyone has said, only a personal consultation can determine the best surgical route. Nonetheless, you appear to have skin laxity, which a liposuction-alone surgery cannot address.
