Is there a method to help return feeling back faster after liposuction?

Is there anything I can do after liposuction of my flanks that will help the feeling to return faster. This numbness is the worst part! Does movement help? Any vitamins, herbs, natural ways to restore feeling? Rubbing the area (ugh, not that I could do that rn)? I am only 3 days post op. My right side has lost way more sensation than my left and it's the freakiest thing about the whole procedure.

For liposuction after care and to promote healing, I recommend adding hyperbaric oxygen and lymphatic massage along with your compression to help decrease swelling. To improve your final results, I also recommend adding vanquish for further fat removal, exilis/venus legacy for skin tightening, cellutone/z wave to make the skin smooth, remove scar tissue, and improve the skin’s appearance. There's no way to speed up the nerve healing process.
Nerves are not cut from liposuction but the fatty coating around the nerve call the Myelin sheath can be damaged.
This is fairly normal.
Nerve conduction requires an intact Myelin sheath or Fetty coating of the nerves
The nurse had to regenerate and this healing process is slow.
Small nerves regenerate at 1 mm per day.
Larger nerves can regenerate at 5 mm per day.
The feeling usually starts coming back around six weeks that can take a few months.
Patients need reassurance that the feeling will come back and to be patient.
