Can J-Plasma be used on white stretch marks?

Treatments for stretch marks can incorporate topical therapy, fractional lasers, and pulsed dye laser. In our clinic, we begin all patients on a topical skin regimen with the Kareskin Body Brightening Kit that includes Melaclenz, Melapads, Luminase, Exfolase, and Replenish to even complexion and improve skin collagen; followed by a combination of pulsed dye laser and fractional laser to stimulate collagen regeneration and improve stretch marks. In some cases, PRP SC and PRP microneedling may also help.

The J Plasma device is produces a controlled coagulation similar to ablative LASERs. Whether or not it is effective for stretch marks is yet to be proven.Uneven surface stretch marks which are white and have stabilized may be improved with micro-needling with platelet rich plasma (PRP) treatments, fat or Sculptra injections or radio-frequency treatments. Mild to moderate improvement may be accomplished with these modalities; they will not make stretch marks disappear.
