Treatments for stretch marks can incorporate topical therapy, fractional lasers, and pulsed dye laser. The J Plasma device is produces a controlled coagulation similar to ablative LASERs. Whether or not it is effective for stretch marks is yet to be proven.Uneven surface stretch marks which are white and have stabilized may be improved with micro-needling with platelet rich plasma (PRP) treatments, fat or Sculptra injections or radio-frequency treatments. Mild to moderate improvement may be accomplished with these modalities; they will not make stretch marks disappear.Please consult in person with an experienced Board Certified Plastic Surgeon prior to making treatment decisions.
