Because I wanted it without because can lose the weight on my own (regained intentionally to fill out and to weight lift after rapid weight loss of only 10 lbs caused laxity...)

Thanks for the question, cold helium plasma is a great device for tightening loose skin. I typically use it with liposuction when there is some extra fat but you can use the device just to tighten the skin and leave the fat!

Thank you for your question and posting your pictures. Renuvion (formerly J-Plasma) is an excellent tissue and skin tightening device. It is most commonly paired with liposuction to sculpt and tighten the body. Liposuction can reduce the excess fat but will not treat the excess skin. Skin excision is really the best way to treat that.
